SALES POLICIES AND USER AGREEMENT

Thanks for your interest and support in tsai-fi. This agreement applies to all tsai-fi items. When you purchase the previously mentioned items it means that you have read and agreed to the following:

Production Process - All my characters are my original designs. I do not use premade patterns of any kind. Therefore, I hand make most of my items. I have a limited number in stock. If the item that you want is currently out of stock, it will be made to order in two weeks or sooner permitting that there are not a lot of orders/custom requests before yours.

Please email me at tsai_fi@yahoo.com if you are interested in creating a customized order where you would like to adjust the colors or size of any item in my shop. There will be an extra charge and again the production time will apply but you will have a one of a kind tsai-fi item.

Returns/Exchanges- Sorry there are no returns, every item has a uniqueness about them since they are handmade and there may be slight differences between the pictures on the sight and the actual items.

There are no returns on phone covers as they are made to order for each specific phone

Age Grade - There are two cautionary messages that I would like to relate about my characters that are extremely important:

1.) Some of the content of the characters that I create have more adult llike themes and would not really be appropriate to children under the age of 18. The Smashed Sea is a fictitious place where mermaids drink too much. If you are of legal age, please drink in moderation unless you have had an intense day at work then you can drink all you want.......just kidding. Please be careful, alcoholism is not something to take lightly.

2.) Since all the plushies and dollies are handmade, it means that there are small parts that can be pulled off and swallowed by curious youngsters. These plush toys are art pieces for collectors not for young children.
