Wow, my spring has gone by in a whirl wind! I have been so busy with freelance toy design work, my two year old and getting ready for the arrival of my new little lady who is due in only a few weeks that I have barely been able to do anything new for Tsai-fi.
Some things that have been cooking behind the scenes besides my baby gal include working on a tsai-fi inspired children’s collection that I will be debuting later this year. The collection will include lots of paper goods for your little ones such as themed invitations, name prints and other fun stuff. I also did some custom wall decals with this art for my daughter and new baby’s room that I will also post up.
I also just completed a custom Babo Ugly Doll plush for the Ugly Con/ Giant Robot Show. The show subject was to complete a custom Babo and I made a Crazy for Cookies Babo. He is insane for cookies. Take a look at the cookie, I added some Tsai-fi eyes on the sweet confection!
The show goes from June 15th – June 26, 2013
Here is the details for the Opening Reception:
Saturday, June 15, 2013
2062 Sawtelle Boulevard
Los Angeles CA 90025
Hope you can make it to the show if you are in LA!
I also have a new print called Just Hang In There, that I never posted in the blog a few months ago that I made for my husband’s as Valentine’s Day present for his office area wall. Click to purchase. I also have it available in my Society 6 store too!
Well that’s it for now! More fun stuff coming soon! Thanks for your continued support.

Happy New Year! It’s been a while since I posted, my life has been a bit busy with the holidays especially with my 2 year old and the fact that I am expecting a new little one in June. I have been a little more tired than usual.
I have a few updates to share. I had a lot of fun creating some homemade presents for my family. I have been wanting to experiment with felting for a long time and my Mother in Law loves mice so I made a custom mouse for her as my first project. I had bought a kit but quickly veered away off on my own after the basic form was created. I even added little spectacles and a sewn jacket (Thanks to my new Singer Machine!). At 5″ tall, he is a small in size but has a big heart! Here is a pic of the mouse.
The next homemade presents involved wooden bracelet blanks that I recently purchased. They have been sitting around gathering dust so I needed to do something wonderful with them. My cousins love jewelry so I thought hand painted bracelets would be a nice addition to their holiday presents. I taped off the design and used acrylic paint to create the bracelets. I might be adding these to be site later this year as part of a new collection. The owl in pic is from Bath and Body Works. Here is the bracelets pic:
I also wanted to share two fun updates that made me smile. My fuzzy snow bunny print was mentioned in a blog called Bunnykissd and a fellow fan just got a tattoo of my Nerdy Birdies. Here are the pics.
Well thats it for now! Thanks again for your support! Look out for new items coming soon and a brand new collection coming soon just for kids!

It has been several months since I updated and I must apologize! Lots of exciting things! I bought my first house so the summer and fall have passed by in a whirl wind. I have been wrapped up in settling in. I have also been so busy with my freelance toy design business which has been absolutely amazing. I have also been doing some new Tsai-fi commissions and creating a new product line coming in 2013. I think things will calm down in the next few weeks and I will be able to concentrate more on Tsai-fi for a while!
First things first, I am having a 20% off holiday sale on my website and in my Etsy store. Just enter the promocode Holiday2012 when you check out in promo code box in either store.
I wanted to share a few of the commissions that I finished for my clients. The first is for a lovely client that requested a cupcake mistress design for her site and a cupcake logo. Here is the cupcake girl and logo.
Another project was a logo based on the client’s adorable marshfellow sculpture. I created a custom logo using her sculpture as reference. Here is the logo.
Thanks again for your continued support in 2012! I can’t wait to share all of the exciting new things coming in 2013! Happy Holidays!

I promised that I would have new art and here it is. I did a series of two Pirate Mermaids that will eventually have a third piece in the collection. They are apart of the world of the Smashed Sea so of course they like to drink and love to swim the sevens seas. Check out the Dolphin’s Treasure and the Parrot’s Sword Print below:
More cool stuff is coming soon! Make sure that you visit the Ballston Art Show in Arlington, VA at the Ballston Metro Stop on July 14 from 10-4.

Wow, it has been sooooooo long since I posted but I am still here working like crazy! I haven’t posted anything for a while. But fear not, I have been so busy with my freelance business, my little girl who is almost 1.5 now and miscellaneous commission projects with tsai-fi. I also just had a show at the Ballston Metro stop in Arlington,VA about a month ago which was so much fun! For more info about my next show, click on my home page in the events section. I am moving into my new home soon too, so it is about to become even busier in my already hectic world.
I just wanted to post a few things. I did a commission for a lovely company called Belle of Spades. The inspiration was a spade and my Mistress art. The request was for a logo and a cute girly for a tee graphic. This is the art that I did for the company:
I am also working on some tsai-fi artwork for a younger audience. I am going to launch some baby and kid friendly art later this year. Yes, I am totally inspired by my little girl and I have had numerous requests so there will be a little collection that will include invitations, name prints and much more.
There is lot’s more fun things coming like art and jewelry…. Stay tuned and I promise it won’t be too long before I post again.

It has been a while since I posted. My little lady just turned one and I have been busy with her party and taking care of her as well as working hard on my freelance work. Now that the party has passed and work is a little slower, I was able to get back into working on some new stuff! Happy March by the way!
Here are my new Skull and Stone Necklaces. I sculpted the skull and the base bar and casted them in silver bronze The skull bar is carefully pared with beautiful stones and leather fringes. The necklace falls to mid chest. Check them out below. They are available on my website and on Etsy.
Another fun thing that I want to mention is that my artwork is now available as wall stickers as well as other types of Stickers at this awesome website called Stickerzlab based in France. Check it out!!! Click on the screen shot below to go the site!
That’s it for now! More updates soon!

Stay tuned.Enjoy the rest of 2011! New Jewelry- the skull inspired collection is coming soon. As well as new prints. Thanks for a great year!

Its been a while since I have posted. I have been getting ready for the holidays! Lots of shopping and spending time with family. I love this time of year. I just recently got back from NYC. It was nice to visit the old stomping grounds and see the Rockefeller tree as well as see lots of old friends. I also got a chance to visit the Highline Park which is located on the old railroad lines near the meatpacking district which was so amazing and modern. I miss living in the city but it was a big change to go back with my little one. The city was a challenge with my little one, lot of lifting the stroller over subway turnstiles. But it was totally worth it. You can’t beat NYC during the holidays. Here is my pic of the NYC tree!
As promised, I have some new jewelry that is coming soon. They will be available in the beginning of January. They are able to be pre-ordered now. Please click the images for more details. There will also be some more pieces in this collection too. Here is a sneak peek.
Well that’s it for now. Have a great holiday and happy new year!
